Has the feel of a fast-paced biotech with a growing pipeline like a large pharma. Top 15 global oncology company by revenue competing with industry titans like AZ & AbbVie. Competitive equity and compensation packages. Two quiet weeks a year, generous health benefits, and PTO. Remote-friendly.

Cons

Can't think of any at this time! It’s a global, heavily remote company, which can make in-person interaction more challenging. However, there are good opportunities to get together at conferences and all-hands meetings.
