I have been working at BeiGene for 3 years, and I can confidently say that it is a fantastic place to work. The team environment is incredibly supportive, and everyone is always willing to collaborate on projects. One of the standout features of BeiGene is the flexible work hours, which allow employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, the company provides two weeks each year of focus week, where employees can concentrate on their work without the usual distractions. The company is growing fast, which can sometimes lead to a busy workload, but it also means there are plenty of opportunities for career growth and development.
