pay, benefits, and retirement are good. good equipment provided. hiring process was pretty lengthy but thorough.

Cons

Its messy. Too much turnover. departments do not work cooperatively. upper management needs to come back down to earth.

Offered a high salary…which isn’t nearly high enough to account for the terrible culture, workplace harassment, and negligent management.

Cons

Management is at best negligent and at worst willfully ignores toxic workplace culture. The quality of work and scientific rigor suffers. Unreasonable expectations with regard to business hours and team dynamics.

Pays well, but you earn every penny. I worked 12-15 hour days on the regular, so it probably isn't that good once you average that out.

Cons

Toxic, toxic, toxic culture! Meetings where people yell at each other are common, Leadership think they are the smartest people in the world. The hubris at the highest levels is palpable. The fear to deliver and the level of frustration is observable daily. HR isn't there for the employee, they are there to enable and cover up bad behavior.
