No work life balance, massive disconnection between what leaders say and what they do- very poor overall leadership

Terrible work environment. Leadership does not know how to lead, people who advance have been there for a long time and are not necessarily good at their jobs. When things go wrong, their response is to finger point rather than focus on addressing true issues. Worst of all, they are not willing to invest in headcount and resources resulting in a toxic environment where people are expected to work 10+ hour days... that is the norm. There is retaliation for anyone who takes time off and due to headcount concerns there is minimal coverage. I've seen two people in my time hospitalized from work stress and exhaustion.
