Patient focused mission and dedicated leadership ! BeiGene has embarked on great mission to create affordable therapies and treatment for Oncology patients. The company is working tirelessly to create novel therapies to serve the needs of patients globally. It is truly a global company with a global mission !

Cons

As the company is growing quickly, the existing processes need to be optimized and made more efficient. In efficient processes are leading to overheads and excessive work and burn out !

Hired really nice managers that are good in functional area. Supportive in questions and trainings. The company still growing strong and try to improve the workflow.

Cons

Teammates may based in China and require work at night. Communication sometimes may be difficulties due to culture difference and language barrier. Don't have high hope on salary increase.
