      There aren't any pros to working at BeiGene

      Cons

      The blame culture is rife. They are under resourced and have people working until 10 at night. Their processes are far from standardized and there are no formal trainings of worth, leaving everyone clueless as to how things are meant to be done. Each project is utter chaos. Managers in senior positions are underqualified and are unprofessional in their handling of issues. Gossip culture leads to a very toxic work environment and that comes directly from senior level. How any trial is run successfully at BeiGene is beyond me.

      Pros

      It is hard to think of many. The package at first was a good package but as the world increases it's salary to accommodate the inflation rates, you will find the package is not as great as it used to be.

      Cons

      -Poor leadership. -Promotions to only people who are favourites, despite how much you work. - The worst HR I have ever encountered in my life, illegal activity as well as immoral activities from leadership and HR - an expectation that you will do a lot of unpaid overtime and if you do not, then you are not trying hard enough - I have witnessed racism and homophobia from the leadership team and line management

      The line managers should be renamed micro managers. Deadlines are absurd. Will dump all work at once at you and expect it to be done in next 2 days. The Project managers are pathetic constantly pinging you and complaining about you to your line managers and the line managers complaining to HR Managers so once their "feedback cycle" starts it will continue until they make you exit the company. You will work long hours and never be appreciated. Your HR Managers are also a joke because they will never take your grievance into account intsead contantly blame you to please the management of Beigene. Most important they have no proper planning or direction. They redo work that costs you your time and effort and causes endless confusion. Not to forget they micro manage like crazy and have a favoritism culture too. If you dont work like crazy and dont please them they will make your life a living hell with constant "feedback" and criticism rather than support or guide. Pathetic place to work. Please refrain yourself.
