Pros
Salary (paycheck + stocks) is above the average level of the industry quite a lot. Chances to be fully exposed to overall working procedures of clinical trial, from early to late phase, which may not be easy in big MNC company. Strengthen the expertise in oncology studies.
Cons
Work life balance is not good. Number of clinical trials is relatively less than big PHARMA, so you need to be involved more in non-project work, like tool development. It may not be beneficial for people who wants to develop project management skills.
