Getting Better

Pros

I'm writing this review to say that while Beacon has been tough in the past, it's getting better. We now can (as of 4/29/22) accrue PTO as well as our sick time, which is much better than how it was before. There are talks as well about changes in how BTs and ABTs are compensated. Hopefully cancellation pay is on Beacon's radar.

Cons

No pay for last minute client cancellations, Travel time can be hard (but is reimbursed)
