Top notch training, great resume builder, positive work culture, opportunities for advancement if you stick around.

Cons

Biggest con by far is pay. Fee for service means cancellations will hurt your paycheck. Along with lots driving, gas (low reimbursement rate), and vehicle wear-n-tear, I could not last here. Especially when you’re expected to do work at home (which you do NOT get paid for). If you have to pay rent, car, etc., just know that some of your biweekly paychecks will get as low as $400-$500. Turn over rate is obscene.
