Pros

Beacon has provided me the opportunity to grow within the company and be promoted by virtue of my hard work and results, not my tenure etc... Work-life balance is definatly a focus of Beacon and I feel that in the field, I do not just hear it from the company. Beacon has given me the opportunity to have a great quality of life. Beacon's benefits are outstanding. I have worked for Beacon for two years and I still look forward to going to work everyday.

Cons

There is occasionally a lack of accountablility. I have also seen that the hiring process for new employees is long and difficult, this should definately be streamlined.

Pros

Beacon has an incredible line-up of benefits and perks, but the biggest Pro, in my book, is the positive atmosphere. There is a true feeling of caring throughout the company; wether it is amongst emplyees or in the work that is being produced. There is a certain pride in all that goes on at Beacon and senior leadership has fittingly set the tone for all employees. It's an absolute pleasure to be part of the Beacon Team!

Cons

At times you are expected to work hard, but the company is working just as hard to create a work- life balance.

Pros

Beacon has given me great opportunity to advance my career. I have never felt more valued and appreciated as I do with Beacon.

Cons

Although well compensated, the demands of my job can often be quite intense. One thing I can say without a doubt is that those above me work just as hard or harder than I do and thinking that makes tough days just a bit less painful.
