Pros

Great co-workers. Challenging work. Always great coming in and helping others. Flexible hours and pay is "ok". Depending on your department....there are options for advancement.

Cons

Attendance policy is too strict. Not enough YTO is given based on length of employment. Wish there was more benefits and or perks.

Pros

Beacon's leaders are doing a great job of promoting the values, encouraging positive attitudes even during challenging times. I enjoy my coworkers.

Cons

Since I am a part-time (PRN) employee, I don't have as much opportunity to be at the hospital as I would like. I wish our department could expand to provide more opportunities.

Pros

Non clinical staff have great flexibility with hours. I have worked at Elkhart general for 17 years. We work as a team.

Cons

It is hard to find help from finance and HR since they have moved to South Bend. Not always job security since we became Beacon.
