      Pros

      Community growth, more patient access. Great co-workers/team.

      Cons

      If you have their insurance you can only use their pharmacy which is a hassle. Poor leadership - micromanager, teams not valued or respected. Many departments short staffed causing increased workload.

      Pros

      There is hot water in the bathrooms when you wash your hands.

      Cons

      They will throw you out on the street due to budget cuts and then lie about the reason they fired you to try to prevent your unemployment insurance. Then you have to take them to court where your manager will admit they lied. But they still give negative feedback when employers call for a reference. Also, my entire team was white. All of management was white. All the heads of the hospital were white. Why is that?
