Supportive coworkers, quality care, team members always "present" when working with patients, given permission and time to go the extra distance,

Cons

At times communication could use work, census on my unit often low and no work elsewhere in hospital leads to excessive vex time.

Been with EGH for 23 years, My boss has an open door policy and is always open to ideas, questions, concerns.

Cons

Could use more volunteers at all doors into facility to help family and visitors locate Rooms and departments within the building.
