Business Outlook
Pros
Co-workers are friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the patients. Updated facilities make a nice environment to work in. I've been here for 20 yrs and overall has had a good experience. Martin's Deli is now here, good food at a low and reasonable cost.
Cons
Many changes are happening and morale is at an all time low. It's hard to see experienced nurses, and managers walked out. Prior to merge, we were treated and felt like family, now we are strictly an employee with a badge number.
