I work with the most amazing coworkers. They are so caring, always willing to help, and people I would love to hang out with outside of work!

Cons

The lower ratios are great for nursing staff but there are not enough staff to accommodate those ratios. . .

Pros

There is a very significant team atmosphere present within the Beacon Health System. This positive team atmosphere stems from what the employees have created based on a need for this type of environment.

Cons

The negative view stems from the lack of presence from management as well as the lack of personal investment by management. I feel that my manager and director are not involved with their staff, not present in the moment with their staff, and also not invested in their staff. This is very disheartening to me and has a significant impact on the staff.
