      Pros

      Flexibility with hours , friendly management, opportunity for growth and good engagement with employees. Nice faculties for staff and patients.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of opportunity for grotWth in some areas of the hospital. Not much incentives, bonuses AND RAISES LIMITed.

      Pros

      It's very fulfilling. It has a great adrenaline rush during calls. Most weekends and holidays are off. The staff has amazing team work.

      Cons

      Somethings that suck are being on call all weekend long. Sometimes there aren't enough hours for a full 40 hour wee.

      Pros

      Great hours. Flexible hours in the recovery room. One holiday a year to work. One weekend every five weeks. Great caring nurses to work with.

      Cons

      Taking care of some critically ill patients in the recovery room. Not really much cons to talk about. Occasionally deal with tough doctors.
