      Teamwork, flexible hours, good pay, good benefits, paid time off, opportunities to advance career, great physicians, opportunities within community, well respected organization

      Cons

      Staffing ratio, not enough educational classes, need free parking garage, overall not many complaints besides staffing, support between float nurses and our staff nurses

      Pros

      The hospital is close to home, lots of opportunities and great people. I have been able to expand my role at the hospital. I have a director who really cares about her staff.

      Cons

      It is frustrating to always here about the budget and cutting staffing short. Nursing staff should be compensated for working weekends.

      I love the patient population I work with. Excited that our organization has supported the need for a new children's hospital!

      Cons

      Sometimes feel like the budget comes before staff satisfaction. Performance career ladder would be appreciated. Incentives to taking on more roles.
