The people are the heart of this organization - nurses are the heart & mind. MD's the driving force that propel ever onward.

Cons

Still need to up the pay scales & make them equal for all girls & boys. Most departments work well together

My coworkers are great. I love to work with all the patients. It is the best hospital in the area to deliver a baby.

Cons

I don't think the pay is competitive compared to other hospitals. I have to pay to park or park very far away. I don't feel appreciated, one example would be not giving us pockets for our surgical scrubs.

Beacon Children's Hospital is the most fantastic place to work. My people In my Women's and Children's Hospital are the most caring and compassionate people. I have an awesome leadership team caring for kids, babies and moms

Cons

Beacon continues to work on benefits and making sure compensation is comparable to other health care systems. We at beacon need to continue to invest in our people
