Beacon cares for their employees and the community that they serve. I feel lucky to be associated with Beacon at work and as patient

Cons

I worry that Beacon will get to big and lose that personal touch. Don't let that happen! So busy but everything great.

I work with great outstanding doctors and co workers. The patients I care for are appreciative. I love the bedside one on one care.

Cons

The politics often interfere with patient care. And, the search for equipment is sometimes difficult when the schedule is busy

Beacons current medical and dental coverage are lacking. In regards to cost and coverage. Dental providers are very limited, but coverage is average in network
