I Love the camaraderie of my do workers and LOVE having fun at work!!!! My management listens to what we have to say and cares about us!!

Cons

The pay scale doesn't seem to be competitive to the community around us. The upper management needs to appreciate nurses more.

The best part of working at beacon is the reward of working with people that care about you. I know I can depend on my coworkers when I need their help or advice.

Cons

It's a very busy and popular place. I think it makes it scarier because it's so busy. Which isn't necessarily a negative point.

I have made lots of really good friends here. I have learned a ton of skills! I have become a great nurse because of my time at Beacon!

Cons

Sometimes the hours we work feel like an eternity! We are all about making patients happy, but what about making employees happy! Doing that will provide a ton of happy patients!
