Kind co workers, strong n true, management very supportive. Self scheduling is the bomb. Pt nurse ratio is realistic, n no one is alone in the team approach.

None. I have nothing else to say. I enjoy my job. Great place to work. Management is supportive. There is a team here.

It's a great place to work. The doctors are great! Patients like this hospital. The food is good. The staff is great!

Cons

Sometimes coworkers aren't the nicest to each other and there can be a lot of picking on people. However when push comes to shove in an emergency teamwork is great!
