      Pros

      Full benefits package is good. Healthcare premiums are cheap. 4% 401k match with good fund options and immediate vesting. HSA match from the company as well. Good PTO even as a new hire.

      Hours are good. Good support from management. Frequent check in's from higher up's to see if we need anything but not over-bearing.
