Lost track of the Mission and Values. More about perception than purpose. It was difficult being on a team whose struture grew so quickly, yet our performance was lackluster. You could feel the frustration from the clinical leaders.

The hospital I worked for has recently been bought out by Beacon. I’m extremely unimpressed thus far. I’ve seen a decrease in my PTO, they’ve taken away my paid sick time which now comes out of my PTO, systems have been glitching and 2x now have been completely down. Management has been bad since before the switch though. Boss has obvious favorites and treats people unfairly. They always ask for feedback yet never implement any change. Have been with the company for two years now and the only raise I’ve seen was a slap in the face… .60cents
