Manager is fair and able to work from home. Pay is fair and fellow employees are awesome. great place to work

Cons

Managers need to be qualified to do their job! They should be able to help out in the clinical area.

Pros

Awesome department and staff in trauma services. Great schedule and flexibility. Good pay and benefits. I really like my position.

Cons

Some department leaders are very difficult to work with and affect change. Upper management rejects ideas for improvement without discussing changes that might make them work. We keep talking about the problems but nothing is getting fixed.

I work with some great people and the pay is good. Seems to be a stable environment. Doctors are good group as well.

Cons

Poor corporate management. Decisions are made with only short term goals in mind. Obvious they have no clinical experience. Beacon cares about memorial more then Elkhart.
