Staff is great to work with very friendly. I love what I do working with patients. My job consists of a lot of unhappy patients but if I am able to turn their experience around being yelled at is worth it

Cons

I wish the pay was more competitive with my job. I am in a corporate position based at EGH but I make quite a bit less than my counterparts at memorial

All staff in different departments, good benefits, retirement plans, flexible hours. I have nothing else to say. Travel is good.

Cons

Follow through with other depts, others following policies, communication. Raises should be better for high performing associates. Associates following policies can be tough.

The Hours are good & my boss is wonderful. People/coworkers are really amazing. Always willing to help each other. Everyone around the hospital is nice

Cons

The pay is terrible......... Don't feel like it's comparable with my past job. TOOK Another job within the hospital - promise my pay would be one thing and it wasn't!
