Transparency is just a nice word

My co-workers. The hard work of bedside personnel.

Cons

Pay cut for contracted RN's of $7 and give everyone else raises. Regardless of being paid above national average, I would think a CFO or some other executive could have figured this out prior to contracts being signed for nurse 'retention'
