Staff is great to work with

Cons

Administration is terrible, they cut the OR nurse's pay $7 after giving them a raise a few months prior. Administration still has high 6 figures min salary and alot of millionaires in admin

Pros

I love every staff member on my unit. I love the fast pace environment and I feel heard by the high ups.

Cons

The raises aren't very good (like $0.30 a year maybe).
