Pros

I've been with Beacon as an RN for nearly 12 years, and it's where I began my nursing career. While we're not immune to the staffing challenges that exist in healthcare, I appreciate the efforts to pay our RNs at a higher range to work toward improved recruitment and retention. I love my team, and I'm grateful to be a part of Beacon.

Cons

I wish we had more parking options, both for patients and for staff.

The health system claims they care about their employees, yet cut positions of valuable employees, cut out certain benefits, and created a less ideal workplace in an attempt to mitigate their debt
