      Most of the co worker and nurses were very nice, good benefits, got to interact with children.

      Cons

      I didn’t like working weekends and holidays.

      Big hospital/ small town feel

      Pros

      Huge emphasis on team work. The President of the hospital know you by name and comes and will hang out in your nurses station and is easy to talk too.

      Cons

      They use cerner for an emr. Do not use employees to help in the planning stages of remodeling projects so some areas poorly remodeled
