The company seems to care about retaining nurses for a long time and developing them! Unfortunately with the contract pay being decreased it really made people rethink the commitment to this company. I’ve had a great mix of coworkers of varying experience who work well as a team.

Cons

No pay raises in the last few years, no additional raises for certifications. The health insurance could be much better, the programs aren’t incredible or anything.
