Great pay with a signed contract.

Cons

Poor communication from upper management and between departments. Employees not involved in decision-making. 10 days of PTO per year. Use it or lose it. No cash out option. No additional sick days or vacation time. Health insurance is expensive with mediocre coverage and requires use of Beacon's pharmacy. Workplace culture promotes laziness, favoritism, and unprofessionalism. Lack of resources is a major hindrance to job performance.
