Pros

The Staffing Consultants work extra hard to get you on as many interviews as possible. They do resumé rebuilding and interview preps. You're paid every Friday

Cons

Some times the work doesn't last long. If things don't work outable at one site you're basically back to square one.

Pros

They go above and beyond to take care of their employees such as rewarding for hard work, flexible hours, quarterly outings, a holiday party once a year where they fly everyone in the company to the Boston headquarters, etc. Not nearly as micromanaged as a lot of the other staffing firms. As long as you're billing and exceeding expectations, they don't care if you are making X number of calls per day, going on X amount of client meetings, etc.

Cons

They are fairly new and don't have as much outreach in other markets as some of the other big box firms although they are growing successfully at a rapid pace.
