Pros

They brag about a party they have every year in Boston. If you like Boston, that is a pro.

Cons

Everything. This place is mostly washed up people from sapphire. Management has no idea what thy are doing. The office I worked in was incredibly gossipy, the woman who ran the office didn't know up from down. She fired one guy based on what someone else told her and didn't tell him that she cancelled his health insurance. She picks favorites and if you're not one, you don't matter. There is zero logical thought process put into any decision making. It is all "hoping for the best" and "trying your hardest!".

Strong culture, dedication to employees, strong leadership/management teams. Growing business with multiple service offerings and continued expansion of diverse client list.

Cons

Waiting period for benefits can cause some issues, issues occasionally arise from continued expansion and development, typical growing pains of expansion.

Pros

BCSG was the best fit for me as a office support professional. They provided temp jobs 7 out of 10 weeks, replied to every email inquiry (and I'm sure my frequent "I'm-the-best-fit-for-this-position" emails became annoying!), and were ALWAYS positive and pleasant. They arranged for several legitimate interviews with high-end companies, complete with substantial preparation info/advice.

Cons

With so many applicants, no doubt you will feel overlooked from time to time. Still, my contacts with BCSG made sure to maintain contact with me throughout the process.
