Company on the move and you are allowed to make a difference. Not caught up in Corporate BS and you don't spend your day on meaningless calls listening to people that like to hear themselves talk. Something to be said for a Company with 18k employees with no corporate office.

Cons

Growing so fast that sometimes it's hard to keep up.

So happy to have joined this organization. Noncorporate corporate environment. They encourage you to be yourself, to do the right thing and to do so while having fun. Absolutely love that they look for smart NICE people.

Cons

Truth be told, sometimes it's hard to always be nice (SERIOUSLY), but it certainly pays off in the end.
