Company is growing very fast, and employees are allowed the autonomy to do their job. Executive team is about the growth and culture of the business and not about petty corporate expectations.

Cons

Because Beacon is growing so fast there can be challenges in working with the individual companies that have been acquired. There is often a "we verses them" mentality.

I've been in the Transportation Industry for 14+ years, and I have seen the culture of over 50 partner and competitor companies. Beacon and it's family of brands is by the far the best in class. It's refreshing!!! I honestly feel sorry for the people stuck at other companies because they are missing out.

Cons

If there is a downside, I have yet to find it.
