Pros

When I interviewed, the founder of Beacon Pointe told me that when the company started, the goal was to give clients great advice, serve in the community, and be a great place to work - and that growth would follow. I am sure that something like that is on quite a few mission statements, but I have found that to be true here. I get to work with not just smart people, but unbelievably kind people as well.

Cons

The company is growing so fast it sometimes gets overwhelming to keep all the plates spinning.
