      Pros

      They care about employees! Two small examples - during an especially busy period, they arranged for free chair massages during the work day. When there was a big software roll-out and we wanted to "hit the ground running" everyone got free Nikes. These examples are in addition to proactive education, career advancement opportunities, good benefits, and a collegial culture.

      Pros

      Beacon Pointe truly has a client focus and tremendous resources for clients including institutional investment offerings, unique alternative investment strategies, robust financial, tax, and estate planning. They also have a focus on offering values based investing portfolios to clients that are interested. The people are also great. Best move of my career.

      Cons

      Growing very fast! Some clients look at bigger firms as being a negative but this is a good problem to have.
