Pros

Paid for production, entrepreneurial environment, good management until the end, exciting environment, Great coworkers, excellent benefits, excellent pay, good hours

Cons

Firm closed, along with many other firms on Wall Street to the government regulation and technological innovation. The shame the entire stock market was destroyed by the government regulations.
