Pros

The only pro is hybrid and not having to see the people everyday.

Cons

Management is trash. They do not listen to input. Only concerned with numbers and not anyone’s well being. Human Resources is even worse. They work you like a slave and continue to add work to everyone’s load instead of hiring people. The manager micromanages and is messy. talks about everyone on the team.
