I love my job, I love my company! Challenging, rewarding, I will ride off into the sunset on this horse!

Cons

Salary is low compared to industry but that has a lot to do with the location. Paybands are fair for the area.

Pros

Beast Code has incredible opportunities for promotion, good pay for the area, is generally friendly to employees, works with cool technology, is active in the community, and features great benefits. Has an awesome culture that is generally interactive.

Cons

Promotion is based on time in the industry, management decisions can spring up on short notice, especially in regards to expansion, and there is a tendency to feel disconnected from the master plan due to some aspects of siloification, at least until quarterly fix-ups. Also pay for engineers is pretty low for industry with no stock options or alternative forms of compensation.
