Pros

The culture is very laid back. The company offers a ton of benefits and fringe benefits (6% 401k matching, free food truck Fridays, professional development, etc.). The leadership is very responsive to ideas and creativity. Just because we don't do something, doesn't mean we can't do something.

Cons

Sometimes the laid back culture gives people the idea of not completing things urgently or taking things seriously. There is also a problem with understanding roles and who does what. Can be very confusing.
