Pros

Develop first class Projects all over the world, sharing experiences with profesionals from many countries and facing the most interesting challenges in your carrer. Comapny offer a lot of online courses to faciliate learning and development of their employees. Good compensation packages.

Cons

As all EPC/EPCM companies when Project ends position ends as well. Dificult to manage transition of the people between projects, feasible only if you have a very strong networking inside upper management.
