      Pros

      -This is a great company for your first job. The monitoring center pays well, and has many branches for growth if you choose to do so. I started in the monitoring center, but now am in a different branch and it's been great. -PTO is very generous, and I feel rewarded for being with the company for the time that I have. -Learn really good excel skills in this position. -Helpful team members/management

      Cons

      -Training is mostly "learn on the go" as there isn't an official training program for a Conversion Specialist.

      Pros

      They make it fun to work, praise and appreciation are readily offered, training and development is not just a lip service item, and there's plenty of support given for staff members both from a personal and professional level. No one is too big or important to stop and help, and they offer a solid benefits package.

      Cons

      Scheduling is only about 2 weeks out which can make it a challenge to plan some appointments. I wish my days off were always consecutive.

      Pros

      People are very nice, everyone works good together to service our customers the best we can. The benefits are very good and I love that someone is also there to answer questions if needed.

      Cons

      I have only worked here for 2 years so I have not noticed any cons if I have to come up with one it would be being timed on our calls to where sometimes it is hard to give the best quality service to the customer.
