      Pros

      Development atmosphere is great. Everyone at the company genuinely cares about the customer. Mostly positive culture that's easy to gel with.

      Cons

      Current Health Provider (as of 2023) is horrible. Cannot say enough how the switch to Vitori for health care has changed my joy and comfort working here. The pay is not very competitive. They try to control pay on a year-to-year basis and fail to keep up with the market as far as tech jobs are concerned. The health care. (it's worth mentioning more than once)
