      Pros

      It's obvious that your managers, coworkers and the executives truly care about you. From the weekly office lunches to the quarterly team activities and the flexible schedule, there are a lot of perks to working for Becklar.

      Cons

      The only thing that could be improved is bigger yearly raises. Last year it didn't even break even with inflation. However, all the great benefits make up for this.

      Pros

      There are very fun activities and little things to keeps things interesting. The great environment makes working here both very peaceful and fun, with so many different options. The schedule is great for whatever needed and molds around for school very well.

      Cons

      The only downside I have found is that it's a bit harder to get full time but it's really just a wait list so even this is not too bad
