      Pros

      I love my coworkers and most of our subscribers are super nice. Coaches are understanding about things. It is a very friendly working environment and I feel safe working here late hours.

      Cons

      Leadership and coaches will often get too loud to hear subscribers. And when asking in support they don't always understand what I am asking. I also feel like there is a lot of gossip that goes on between coaches. If they are going to talk about other operators it should be behind close doors.

      Encourage positive interaction between employees and supervisors Ability to work remote while still remaining in touch with your team The use of motovosity bucks to encourage to recognize other team members for doing a good job, being positive, etc Charitable company that help employees struggling with financial hardship Ability to move up to different positions if qualified within the company
