      Pros

      They really do care about their employees, they care about their wellbeing and take time and money to make sure the employees are being invested in. They offer a great culture and working environment!

      Cons

      The Pay is pretty average, not really anything to write home about. Especially with inflation it would be nice if the pay bumped with it.

      Love the values and that they actually live by them. Super fun place to work, with a mission that I love to work for.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of any cons. Other reviewers complain about this, but I would say to take them with a grain of salt. This is an awesome place to work.
