      A Company That Actually Has A Good Culture

      Every company that you will work for will say that the have a great company culture. However, we have all found places that do not practice what they preach. Becklar is a company that actually promotes company culture. Working for this team brings value to your work, and to those around you. You will be a part of an innovative team, not micromanaged, and freedom to improve your position. They have fun parties, lunch activities, are flexible with your schedule, and value the importance of family. The moto of We Care First is seen on a daily bases. This is a wonderful environment to work for and your team will truly love and appreciate what you have to offer.

      Maternity/Paternity leave could be more competitive, however they do offer maternity leave.

      The work weeks are short

      Weekend day shift supervisor is incompetent and doesn’t know how to lead a team or speak to them without being condescending. They do show favoritism and if you’re not one of them they will nitpick and find anything they can to criticize you on to get you to quit or eventually fire you. They don’t properly train employees before throwing them to the wolves which adds more pressure on the senior operators. Supervisor has driven a whole team to quit and still hasn’t been looked into for why it happened. Continues to do the same things that drove his initial team to leave.
