      Pros

      There is a real sense of purpose working with technologies that create and enhance the safety and well being of others. People here are engaged and willing to go the extra mile with you to get you onboarded and up to speed. Support from leadership is felt in every interaction.

      Cons

      There is a learning curve if you have not been in the safety industries that Becklar covers.

      This company is one of the best I have been at. Their flexible, understanding, team building attitude is amazing! They have fun activities, and they care about your results. If you have ever worked at a company that gets caught up over the little things-this will not be your case. You will never feel better about your work life balance. They will see you as family and give you the best experience as a thanks for being their employee.

      I honestly haven't seen a con so far-at least not in my department!
