Pros
It's clear that they really care about their employees and want to ensure they are happy and challenged. They put on fun events and give back to their employees in a lot of ways. There is lots of growth and opportunities to learn and grow as an individual if you work hard.
Cons
With large growth there can be growing pains, but I think Becklar does a lot of things right to mitigate and be aware of those.
